Genie Solar Energy (GSE) is looking for a project manager with experience managing PV projects to C&I and community solar sectors. This candidate must be willing to roll up his/her sleeves and assist where needed as the business expands. This position is remote based position.

Responsibilities:

• Incentive paperwork
  • REAP
  • ISO
  • RECs
  • Finding additional/new incentive programs
• Managing utility interconnections
• Assist with bringing Community Solar projects to NTP
• Assist with Government RFP processes
• ISO programs
• Hunting and understanding new community solar markets
• Battery incentive markets

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years in the solar industry
• Understanding of solar incentives
• Adaptive learner – you gain facility with new topics, tools, and processes quickly
• Self-starter – comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• OSHA
• NABCEP
